What will people say?
All they can say is you look great. In most cases people won't even realise that you have more hair. Obviously they will notice an improvement in your appearance, they usually think you have had your hair styled professionally.
In situations where the client is totally bald and chooses to have his hair replaced all at once the reaction is the same "you look great, years younger, you should have done it years ago" etc. In a short time people will forget you were ever bald.
